Photographers like to use a white background for applications that need a crisp, non distracting background. This photographic backdrop is a mainstay for professional that do a large volume of sessions with models for fashion magazines. Your models’ clothing will not clash with the white or vice versa, and the colors seem to pop off the page. White is probably the most common background for advertising shots for this reason.

Using a white studio background is an excellent way for a photographer to show his or her talent. You can use a variety of lighting techniques and positions to really let your creativity flow.
